TEACHER TRAINING LEVEL 2 APPLICATION FORM

*Successful completion of a Teacher Training Level 1 Bootcamp is required for acceptance to Level 2.

Due to the tremendous growth of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga and our commitment to maintaining the quality of the Level 2 Teacher Training Program, we greatly limit the number of participants. For this reason, we will not be able to accept the majority of the applications presented to us for this Level 2 Teacher Training. Baron will accept students into this training based on their level of experience with and dedication to the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga system. Applications for teacher training programs are individually reviewed. Applicants must have an active practice and be committed to an intense week of study.

Once your completed application and color photograph have been received, we will send you an electronic notification to confirm our receipt. Upon acceptance to the program, we will charge your credit card the non-refundable, non-transferable deposit amount and send you a second electronic notification to confirm your acceptance. For those paying by check, please send a check for the $500 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit upon submitting your application. Your application will not be processed without the check. Your check will not be deposited until you are accepted. If you are not accepted to the program, your check will be returned to you.

• Deposit is charged upon acceptance. NO EXCEPTIONS. The deposit is nontransferable/nonrefundable.
• Full tuition is due at time of houseing selection, which must be submitted by 6 weeks prior!
• Tuition is nontransferable, nontransferable.
• If we don't have final payment by 6 weeks prior, you risk losing your space.

Prerequisites for applying to Baron Baptiste's Level 2 Teacher Training Bootcamp:

• Completion of the Level 1 "Journey Into Power" Teacher Training Bootcamp with Baron Baptiste
• 1-year minimum continuous study and practice of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga with a working knowledge of the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Philosophical Principles, Sequencing, and Master Principles of Alignment found in Baron's book Journey Into Power.
• Must have studied and have a strong understanding of the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Manual from Level 1 Bootcamp Teacher Training.
• Must be able to do both handstand at the wall and Urdhva Dhanurasana with straight arms pushing up from the floor without assistance.
• This program is physically challenging and therefore you must have no major physical limitations.

Notification During the registration/enrollment process notifications occur in the following order:
a.	Confirmation that your complete application has been received.
b.	Notification that acceptance and deposit has been charged
c.	Rejection, waitlist notifications will be sent when applicable
d.	Confirmation of housing agreement and receipt of final payment
e.	Once final payment is received we will send you, via snail mail, your Welcome to Bootcamp package of preparation materials and useful information.
Payment Payment occurs in two installments. First is an initial deposit of $500.00. Your $500 deposit check will not be deposited until you are accepted. If you are not accepted to the program, your check will be returned to you. Second is the final payment due in advance of the start of the program. You may pay with a credit card, check, or money order. Confirmations will not be sent out until payment is received in full. There will be a $50.00 fee for any returned check. Payment includes accommodations (based on double/triple occupancy), all meals, and yoga tuition. We are unable to offer any refunds within two weeks of the start date of any program. Photograph Applications will not be reviewed without the color photograph. Photographs are for identification purposes. They do not need to be glamorous and group shots are ok (please indicate which person is you!). If you would like to email your photo to us, you may do so at programs@baronbaptiste.com. If it is more convenient, you can mail your photo to us at BPYI, Attn: Programs, P.O. Box 400279, Cambridge, Massachusetts 02140. Note: We regret to inform you that we cannot return photos. A color copy is a fine substitution. Enrollment Teacher Training Level 2 requires successful completion of a Teacher Training Level 1 Bootcamp, a strong current practice of 4-5 days a week, and a comprehensive knowledge of the Baptiste flow.
