I have been on a quest for health and wellness for as long as I can remember. I’ve travelled half way around the globe in search of answers, only to realize I could have found what I was looking for right at home. The problem was, my mind just wasn’t still enough, and I wasn’t listening, or asking the right questions.

My yoga mat has been a path to the center of truth. It has been my vehicle for self discovery for over 24 years.

Through sharing the Baptiste practices and techniques, I hope you can access a greater vision for what may be possible for you, both on your yoga mat and off.

I love sharing this practice because of the profound benefits I’ve witnessed students experience. I opened EPIC in an attempt to help others find more inspiration, peace, health and balance in their lives.
