In a nutshell, I own a yoga school and facilitate teacher trainings, advanced teacher modules and 40-Days to Personal Revolution programs. I am an EYT-200, RYT-300 and I have completed two 200-hour trainings, one of which is from Baptiste Power Yoga Institute. I am also a life coach.
