About the program/event
Fit to Lead is comprehensive program within the Baptiste Institute designed to elevate and integrate the knowledge and skills of yoga teachers, particularly those focused on Baptiste-inspired practices. It’s essentially a program that helps teachers take their practice and teaching to a deeper level, offering tools and techniques to amplify their impact both in the studio and beyond.
