Welcome to JOURNEY INTO MASTERY: Level Two.
JOURNEY INTO MASTERY is a 5-day in-person training designed to support you in unlocking and up-leveling your ability to lead and teach from the Baptiste Methodology.
You will gain the tools to take your teaching, practice, and life to new heights of fulfillment, accomplishment and contribution.
This is your opportunity to take your next big step toward becoming an effective and fully expressed leader-teacher of groups. You will enter an entirely new level as a confident teacher and leader who owns the classroom environment and creates impactful results.
During Level Two: Journey Into Mastery, your deeper, more rigorous, and most fulfilling work begins. You will gain the power to create deep authentic community and BELONGING wherever and whenever you teach… relearning that you are one OF many, not one IN many.

In 5 Days, You Will:

Learn to inspire with your voice, posture, and presence
WHAT to expect
Daily Schedule:
- 1–2 yoga practices
- Practice teaching sessions
- Meditation, inquiry, and group discussions
Physical Practice: Learn proper form, mechanics, and alignment. Receive corrections and translate teaching skills into life skills.
Experiential Objectives Through Asana Workshops:
- Build poses from the ground up
- Experience & teach True North Alignment
- Apply cues for enhanced movement and leadership
DAILY PRACTICE:
Learn True North Alignment through Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. Scale for all levels. Conduct impactful Baptiste Power Yoga classes.
MEDITATION:
Practice presence. Break through mental drift. Build the discipline to be calm, centered, and in powerful action—no matter the environment.
INQUIRY:
Engage in talkshops and inquiry exercises. Separate story from experience. Use language as a tool for empowerment.
PRACTICE TEACH:
Live classroom experience with observable feedback. Speak and lead with clarity and impact. Integrate the Baptiste Methodology through embodied teaching.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What can I expect?
Daily training: 8:30 AM–9:00 PM (with breaks). Full access to Baptiste Methodology, meditation, asana, and teaching tools.
Is completion of Level One required?
No. Typically Level One has been a requirement for participation in Journey Into Mastery: Level Two, but for this specific Level Two program, that requirement is not necessary. The program is designed for people with all levels of experience.
Is it only for yoga teachers?
No. Journey Into Mastery is for anyone seeking personal and leadership transformation.
Who is this for?
Beginners and advanced practitioners, leaders, and all seeking growth.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes. All levels welcome. What matters most is your full commitment to growth.

What’s included?
The 5-Day Level Two training. Travel, accommodations, and most meals not included. Daily lunch included during program.
How to prepare?
We recommend you read the book Journey Into Power by Baron Baptiste. You can purchase a copy of the new 2022 Edition or an audio version here.
We also recommend familiarizing yourself with, and/or memorizing, the Journey Into Power Sequence (available in PDF UPON REGISTRATION), including the names of each sequence and the poses within the 11 sequences.
Refund Policy:
There is a $500 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit (which cannot be used for a future program upon cancellation or transfer) that is included upon completion of your registration and will be applied to your tuition. No refunds, credits or transfers will be made once we are 30 business days away from the beginning of the Training.
