The Origins of Baptiste Power Yoga
I grew up surrounded by yoga. My parents played a foundational role in bringing yoga, wellness, and mindful movement to the West. But despite the growth of yoga, I noticed a gap: the practice was often too soft, too rigid, too abstract, or inaccessible for many people.
I created Baptiste Power Yoga to bridge that gap—a practice that anyone could walk into. Athletes, parents, leaders, entrepreneurs, teenagers, complete beginners. It needed to be physically challenging, mentally clarifying, and emotionally grounding.
The practice is built upon three essential elements:
