There’s probably something you already know.
A conversation you need to have.
A decision you keep putting off.
A part of your practice you don’t want to look at.
A place where you keep telling yourself, not yet.
Notice that.
Not the story around it.
Not why you can’t.
Not why the timing isn’t right.
Just notice the place where you keep stepping back.
Yoga has a way of bringing us face-to-face with the things we’d rather avoid.
You get tired. You get frustrated. You lose your balance. You want out.
And then you have a choice.
You can make the experience mean something about you.
Or you can stay.
Breathe.
Look again.
That’s the practice.
Not becoming someone who never struggles.
Becoming someone who is willing to stay awake inside the struggle.
Your journal prompt
Where in my life am I asking for more certainty when what I really need is more courage?
Write without editing yourself.
Don’t make it sound good.
Don’t try to find the right answer.
Tell the truth.
Then ask yourself:
What would I do differently if I stopped waiting to feel ready?
Ready to go deeper?
Journey Into Mastery: Level Two is an invitation to stop standing at the edge and step more fully into the work.
To challenge what’s familiar.
To take greater ownership.
To lead with more presence.
To discover what becomes possible when you stop waiting for permission to begin.
